‘Call Me By Your Name’ DVD Extras

Since things are quiet at the moment, with ‘The French Dispatch’ just finished filming last week and ‘Dune’ starting up today, I decided to screencap and add ‘Call Me By Your Name’ DVD Extras – ‘Snapshots of Italy: The Making of the Film’ and ‘In Conversation with the Cast’. So check them out and hopefully some set pics from ‘Dune’ will emerge soon.

Oscars + Independent Spirit Awards

Awards season is over and Timothée attended the last of the shows this past weekend. First up was the Independent Spirit Awards where he won the awards for Best Actor and also presented one to the Best Support Actor. Next up was the Academy Awards. Sadly, he didn’t win it, but I’m sure he will have many more nominations in the future. You can see all the event images in the gallery and see a few videos below.

Timothée to star in ‘The King’ + DVD news

Accoring to Deadline, Timothée is set to star in Netflix’ ‘The King’ as young Henry V.

Chalamet will star as the title character in The King, a Plan B-produced drama helmed by David Michôd. Production will start in June. Joel Edgerton and Michôd wrote the script.

Chalamet will play the young Henry V. After his brother is killed in battle before his coronation, a young king is coronated in the late 1300s. The reluctant ruler wears the crown at a time when England was near a war with France, and the empire is teetering. He rises to the occasion, admirably.

In other news, ‘Call Me By Your Name’ will be released on DVD/Blu-Ray on March 13 and ‘Lady Bird’ on March 6, with the digital release on February 13.
